Shhhhhh….I got the recipe for those yummy Texas Roadhouse Rolls.

4 tsp. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm…
3 Tbl. of melted butter, slightly cooled…
1/2 c. sugar
2 quarts all purpose flour (7-8 cups)
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar; let stand until frothy. Combine yeast mixture, milk, 1/2 cup sugar and enough flour to make a medium batter (about the consistency of pancake batter). Beat thoroughly. Add melted butter, eggs and salt. Beat well. Add enough flour to form a soft dough. Sprinkle a small amount of flour onto counter and let dough rest. Meanwhile, grease a large bowl. Knead dough until smooth and satiny and put in greased bowl; turn over to grease top. (I used the dough hook on my Kitchen-Aid to knead this for about 4-5 minutes). Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Punch down. Turn out onto a floured board. Divide into portions for shaping; let rest 10 minutes. Shape dough into desired forms. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baste immediately with butter. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen. Serve with Cinnamon Honey Butter.

10 ice cubes
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup almond milk…
3 T heavy cream
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ginger
pinch cloves
pinch salt
1 Tbsp truvia or desired sweetener to taste

Put everything in blender, blend until it’s the consistency you like. Top with Whipped cream if desired.

Ingredient list and benefits
Vitamin B6
The body needs vitamin B6 for more than 100 enzyme reactions involved in metabolism. Vitamin B6 is also involved in brain development during pregnancy and infancy as well as immune function.
Scientists are studying vitamin B6 to understand how it affects health.
Calcium Citrate
Calcium is a mineral found in many foods. The body needs calcium to maintain strong bones and to carry out many important functions. Almost all calcium is stored in bones and teeth, where it supports their structure and hardness.
The body also needs calcium for muscles to move and for nerves to carry messages between the brain and every body part. In addition, calcium is used to help blood vessels move blood throughout the body and to help release hormones and enzymes that affect almost every function in the human body.
Calcium citrate, a more expensive form of the calcium, is absorbed well on an empty or a full stomach. In addition, people with low levels of stomach acid (a condition more common in people older than 50) absorb calcium citrate more easily than calcium carbonate.
Collagen Hydrolyste
Is used for weight loss and for treating osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and brittle bones
(osteoporosis). Some people also use it for strengthening bones, joints, and fingernails.
Also used for improving hair quality and to shorten recovery after exercise and sportsrelated injury.
There is some clinical evidence that Collagen Hydrolyste might relieve pain and improve joint
function in patients with osteoarthritis.

2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup softened unsalted butter
2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup walnuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3⁄4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Center rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9X13 inch pan and place the pan on a baking sheet.  Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.  Using an electric mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until it is soft and creamy. Add the brown sugar and beat for 2 minutes, then add the eggs one at a time, beating for a minute after each egg goes inches Beat in the vanilla. The mixture should be light and fluffy. Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the dry ingredients, mixing just until they disappear. Still on low speed, stir in the oats and 1 cup of the chopped walnuts.
Set aside 1 1/2 to 2 cups of the mixture, then turn the remaining dough into the prepared 9X13 pan. Set aside while you prepare the next layer.  Set a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Put the condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and salt in the bowl and stir occasionally until the milk is warm and stir in the vanilla and 3/4 cup walnuts.
Pour the warm chocolate over the oatmeal crust, then scatter the remaining oatmeal mixture over the top. Don’t try to spread the oatmeal, and don’t worry about getting the topping even. It will create a a pretty open lacy pattern as it bakes.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the chocolate layer is dull and starting to come away from the sides of the pan. Transfer the baking pan to a cooling rack for about 2 hours.  Run a blunt knife between the edges of the cookie and the pan and carefully turn the cookie out onto a rack. Turn right side up, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting. ( Ok so there was no way my fam could wait that long. I was able to cool it for 2 hours but that was it. It was fabulous a bit warm and also later when it was refrigerated!)
