1 Cup Organic Coconut Milk
1 Cup Almond Milk
3 Tbls Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 Tbls Organic Honey or Sweetleaf Stevia
Pinch of Sea Salt (optional)
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)

Warm Coconut milk and Almond milk in a saucepan on the stove at medium-low heat until milk is thoroughly heated being careful not to scald the milk. Add Cocoa powder, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, cayenne and sea salt. Whisk ingredients until smooth. Remove from heat.
Try some of these Variations: Peppermint stick or patty, Whipped Cream, Marshmallows, Orange Rind, Orange Syrup, Chocolate Shavings, Cinnamon Sticks, Raspberry Syrup, Baking Chocolate, and Pumpkin Pie Spice
