If you like egg rolls, this is amazing.

I bag coleslaw mix
1 lb pork sausage
2 cloves garlic minced (or garlic pwdr)
1 tsp ground ginger
Salt to taste
1/4 c onion diced

Brown the sausage in a large skillet and add the other ingredients right on top. Cover and cook on the stovetop about 5 min on med. remove lid, stir/toss and taste. Finish to your taste/texture preference.

1 1/3 cups cracker or tortilla chip crumbs (about 1 sleeve of crackers)
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Dijon or honey mustard
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 eggs
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped ham
4 scallions, roughly chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, mix together crumbs and butter. Press mixture into a standard 9โ€ณ pie pan to form the crustโ€™s bottom and sides; bake 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, cottage cheese, mustard, salt, pepper, and eggs. Scatter 1/2 cup cheese over bottom of crust, then pour in egg mixture. Toss remaining 1/2 cup cheese with ham and scallions, then scatter over eggs, pressing down gently. Place a tray on the bottom rack of the oven to catch drips, then bake quiche on middle rack until eggs are set and top is golden, about 50 minutes.

6 eggs
2 TBSP mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 1/2 TBSP sweet pickle relish
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sliced green olives and paprika, for garnish

Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with enough water that there’s 1 1/2 inches of water above the eggs. Add 1 teaspoon on baking soda. Heat on high until water begins to boil, then cover, turn the heat to low, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water continuously for 1 minute.
Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Gently dry with paper towels. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a medium bowl, and placing the whites on a serving platter. Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise, relish, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Evenly disperse heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle paprika, place 1 olive slice on each. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

#Kahlua Fudge

2 Tsp butter
24oz Baker’s White Chocolate
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans toasted
1/3 cup Kahlua

Line a 9 inch square pan with foil and grease pan with 1tsp butter. Then put white chocolate in a cooking pot and melt over low heat. When melted add milk and butter. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and Kahlua.
Pour into your prepared pan and cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
Tip: To toast pecans, put on greased baking pan for 5-10 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.

6 eggs
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
3 cups sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whipping cream (also known as Heavy Cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Grease and flour tube (or bundt) pan and set out eggs and butter to allow them to come to room temperature. ย In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for one minute after each addition. Sift the flour and add it to the creamed mixture alternately with the whipping cream. Mix until fully incorporated.
Stir in the vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan and place in a cold oven. Turn the oven to 300 and bake for 80-90 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.
