MAKE YOUR OWN OLD BAY SEASONING

Ingredients
  • 10 bay leaves
  • 4 Tsp celery salt
  • 3 Tsp Coleman’s dry mustard
  • 3 Tsp black peppercorns
  • 2 Tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tsp celery seeds
  • 1 Tsp white pepper
  • 1 Tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp ginger
  • 1 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp whole cloves
  • 1/4 Tsp mace
  • 1/2 Tsp cardamom seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp allspice berries
Instructions
  1. Place all of the whole spices in your grinder, and process for 20-30 seconds, until fine.
  2. Place the remaining spices in and run for 5 seconds to blend.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
