Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  • 4 c Flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tsp baking powder level
  • 1 + 1/4c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c margarine 2 sticks
Instructions
 NO YEAST!
  1. Then add 2 blocks of margarine (1 cup) – (cut up and mix with pastry cutter).
  2. In a measuring cup: 1 + 1/4c milk 2 eggs
  3. Slowly add the milk/eggs to the dry ingredients. Then mix with hands and knead on floured counter.
  4. Roll out to roughly 3mm thickness.
  5. Spread generously with: Butter Brown sugar Cinnamon
  6. Roll up into a big roll and then cut into about 1 inch rolls
  7. Bake at 450• for 13-15 mins
