Homemade Cinnamon Rolls
- 4 c Flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 tsp baking powder level
- 1 + 1/4c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c margarine 2 sticks
Then add 2 blocks of margarine (1 cup) – (cut up and mix with pastry cutter).
In a measuring cup: 1 + 1/4c milk 2 eggs
Slowly add the milk/eggs to the dry ingredients. Then mix with hands and knead on floured counter.
Roll out to roughly 3mm thickness.
Spread generously with: Butter Brown sugar Cinnamon
Roll up into a big roll and then cut into about 1 inch rolls
Bake at 450• for 13-15 mins
