Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Yields – 8 servings

Ingredients
3-10 oz packages frozen corn
8 oz light cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup fat free half & half cream
1-2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients in the blow of a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-4 hours. Stir every 45 minutes – 1 hour to keep anything from burning. Serve and enjoy
