Beef Brisket

This is the best recipe for Beef Brisket!  A perfect blend of spicy and smoky it’s great for your next event!

4-6 pound beef brisket
Meat Tenderizer
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (optional)

Rub brisket with Meat Tenderizer. Mix remaining ingredients and rub onto both sides of meat. Wrap in heavy duty foil and seal.

Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 300 degrees F for 4 hours or 275 F for 5 hours or until done. Optional, cover in BBQ sauce for last hour, leaving uncovered.
