Blueberry Crisp


2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup margarine, softened

Pre-heat oven to 350.
Combine above ingredients together, put about 1/2 mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 pan. Set remaining crumbs mixture aside.

In a saucepan combine:
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
1/4 tsp vanilla (add after mixture thickens)
Combine all ingredients and stir constantly until mixture starts to thicken – once thickened add 2 cups blueberries and stir to combine. Pour blueberry mixture into prepared 9×9 pan and sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. ENJOY!!
