CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP

CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP

6 – 8 cups of water
3 – 4 Cooked chicken breasts
8 low salt chicken bouillon cubes…
½ to one whole head of cabbage
10-12 plum tomatoes
1 sweet onion
4-5 carrots
4-5 celery stalks
Fresh rosemary
Fresh parsley
Onion power
Garlic powder or fresh crushed garlic
Italian Seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Using an 8-quart pot, bring water with bouillon cubes to boil.  Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to water.  Cook 10 minutes.  Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and add to pot.  Add above seasoning to taste.  Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
