GRILLED CHICKEN & VEGGIES
I grilled enough Chicken breast on my grill Sunday for the week
Mrs Dash any flavor I used Italian
A few jalapeños (yummy)
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Grill your veggies till they are part of the way cooked down. Toss in the chicken to heat. There are no measurements. Just cook what you think you can eat. Then eat it all your body needs it!
Greek yogurt for a snack and water to drink. Also a protien drink will be perfect!
