MACARONI & BEAN SALAD

Here is an easy high fiber salad served hot or cold. Many Variations. Add some cheese, some different seasonings, even shredded ginger or meats of your preference…go have fun!

Beverly’s Macaroni and Bean Salad

2 cups uncooked Elbow Macaroni
1 can of 4 Bean salad (Precooked)
Sweet vinegar to taste, ie. Balsamic Vinegar

Cook Macaroni as directed, drain and add bean salad. Vinegar to taste. Can eat warm or let it chill!   Enjoy!
