1/4 cup butter
2 T. Olive oil
6-8 ounces cheese tortellini (I used Trader Joes)
2 t. fresh minced garlic
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

Cook tortellini as directed on package. Drain. return to pot to keep warm.
In a medium skillet melt butter and olive oil over low-medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and basil and cook 2 minutes. ( Just warming the tomatoes)
Add pasta and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and top with grated parmesan. Serve warm! Enjoy!
