Perfect Mini Meatballs

1lb Lean Ground Beef (I used 90/10)
1/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 large Egg (Beaten)

**Note – for those of you that are on weight watchers…
WW+ Points – 1 Point per Meatball (for 24 meatball recipe) based on Weight Watchers online Recipe Builder

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into balls, depending on how many you would like. I made 24 and they were about 1 1/4 big, for an appetizer size you could make 48 or so. Prepare large jelly roll pan with foil and cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350.  Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown
