REFRESHING FRUIT #SMOOTHIE
Refreshing and good for you too!
½ cup frozen peach slices…
¼ cup sweet potato puree
½ cup no sugar added apple juice
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup almond milk
½ cup frozen blueberries
About a small handful of fresh spinach leaves.
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup no sugar added apple juice
Blend each layer, add to your favorite glasses, and enjoy! Make it fun while making it healthy.
This makes two 8 oz parfaits or one big one like in my favorite tall glass in the picture (about 16 oz.) Enjoy!
