ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

Roasted Butternut Squash

1 med butternut squash
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup (or brown sugar)
1 tsp rosemary
Dash salt & pepper to taste
Dash cayenne pepper

Peel and chop squash into bite size pieces.  Spread out over a baking sheet (with rim).  Sprinkle all ingredients over the top, Bake at 375 until tender…(about 35 minutes).  Just a little bit good! Enjoy!
