TACO SALAD

This is great recipe. You can serve it in a Tortilla Wrap, on a bed of lettuce or rice.
You can garnish it with cheese, sour cream or ranch dressing. The options are endless.

Picture is on a bed of lettuce with salsa and a spoon of ranch dressing

Filling:
11 oz. can Mexican Corn
15.5 oz. can Black Beans
14 oz. Cooked cubed Chicken
I package of Taco seasoning (sodium reduced)
1/2 cup of water


►Cook cubed chicken in a skillet the add seasoning with water. Once it cooks down add corn and beans. Let is simmer for a few minutes.  Serve your way…

Makes 5 servings
